Ford Family Spending Alerts
This private household budget program is operated by Joshua Ford, using the name Ford Family Ventures. It sends card transaction alerts and category budget updates to the operator and invited adult household members.
To enroll: print the blank form below using your browser's Print command. Each recipient must check the SMS consent box, fill in their own details, sign, date, and give their completed paper form directly to Joshua Ford. The operator retains the signed forms privately and verifies consent before enabling alerts. This page does not submit or store completed forms.
Enrollment confirmation and alerts begin only after Twilio registration is approved and the recipient's signed consent has been verified.

The program sends automated card transaction notifications, category budget updates, and optional daily budget summaries from (817) 934-6478. Message frequency varies with account activity, up to 20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.
Enrollment confirmation
After approval and verified written consent, the operator sends an enrollment confirmation before recurring alerts:

Cancel, get help, or resume
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one unsubscribe confirmation and no further alerts. Reply HELP for help, or contact josh@fordfamilyventures.com.
Previously enrolled recipients who opted out may text START, JOIN, or UNSTOP to (817) 934-6478 to resume. They receive the enrollment confirmation. These keywords resume an existing enrollment; first-time enrollment uses the signed paper form above.
