Who We Are
Ford Family Ventures is a family-run portfolio of small businesses, software products, and automation services based in Fort Worth, Texas. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Ford Family Ventures and the portfolio websites, apps, or services that link to this page.
Information We Collect
Depending on the product or service, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, account details, support messages, form submissions, scheduling details, or business inquiry information.
Some products may collect operational information needed to provide the service, such as app settings, connected-account status, vehicle or schedule records, notification preferences, device or browser metadata, and usage or diagnostic events. We avoid collecting more than we need for the product to work, improve, and stay secure.

SMS / Text Messaging
Some Ford Family Ventures products, including our personal budget alert service, send automated text messages such as transaction and budget alerts to people who have agreed to receive them.
- Consent: Messages are sent only to recipients who have given direct consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Varies based on account activity, up to about 20 messages per day.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact josh@fordfamilyventures.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS provider) that help us deliver the messages.

Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use strong account practices and contact us if you believe something is wrong.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, meet legal or operational needs, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve our products. Retention periods may vary by product and type of record.
Your Choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Some requests may depend on the product, your account status, legal requirements, or our need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, or compliance.
Children
Our products and services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
